Chris oversees construction with a deep background in custom renovations and building, known for his precision, problem-solving, and commitment to quality. Jessica leads the design and project management side, ensuring every space is both beautiful and seamlessly executed—from initial concept to final walkthrough.

Known for taking on only a select number of projects each year, the Yankeys personally oversee every detail from concept to completion, ensuring each South Seas home embodies the relaxed sophistication of Florida coastal living.
